Thank you, this was lovely. It was great to have your teaching in my home! Great production also - good picture, good sound, easy to fast forward and great that I could see what was happening as I fast forwarded so I knew when to stop. I also like the way Dru Online is bringing us more specific subjects like this one, that before we have only seen in the workbooks. Thank you.

I really enjoyed this class as my back has always been weak and nothing put any strain on it during the class. This was my first online class. I signed up on the reccommend of my usual Yoga teacher and I'm glad I did! Thank-you.

Annie Still think druonline is fabulous, aspecially when you are doing the commentary as we alwaqys get a laugh as well----think is quite amazing last week 1 of my asanas for the class was the warrior and that is what was on screen when I switched, and today is was the half spinal twist and guess that is 1 I have prepared for this week's classes Big Yoga Hug to you DOREEN x
